Integrations

Integrations

Connect external services to your workspace: HuggingFace Hub, to import datasets, and your own storage, to keep files in a bucket or container you own (below).

Connecting HuggingFace

  1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar.
  2. Click Connect HuggingFace.
  3. Enter a label (e.g., "My HF Account") and your HuggingFace API token.
  4. Once connected, you can browse your private datasets and import them directly into Run BiOS.
i
Generate a HuggingFace token at huggingface.co/settings/tokens. A read-only token is sufficient for browsing and importing datasets.

Browsing & Importing

After connecting, the integration card shows a Browse button. This opens a searchable list of your HuggingFace datasets. For each dataset you can:

  • Preview the dataset rows before importing.
  • Choose a specific subset and split.
  • Set a maximum number of samples to import.
  • Import with one click. The dataset appears in your Datasets page.

Your own storage

Under Integrations → Your own storage, point the workspace at a bucket or container you own. Each cloud is reached with a credential you issue and can revoke: an Amazon S3 access key limited to one folder (after saving, the page shows the one permission policy to attach to that key’s user), an Azure Blob Storage SAS, or a Google Cloud Storage service account key. Nothing is written to a destination until its connection check has passed, only a checked destination can be made the default, and files stored there are not billed as our storage.

Amazon S3 can hold your datasets.
